Spinimax contact: email, live chat and safe support requests
Spinimax names two confirmed support routes: email and live chat. The contact page describes support as available around the clock. It does not list telephone support.
| Channel | Confirmed information | Best for |
|---|---|---|
support@spinimax.com |
Requests needing a record, account or transaction details | |
| Live chat | “Live Chat” button on the website | Quick orientation and status questions |
| Telephone | Not specified | Do not plan on it as a support route |
Prepare a request
Include the username or registered email address, when the issue occurred and the feature involved. For a payment, the amount, currency, payment method and transaction reference can help. For a game issue, state the game title, round and approximate time. For KYC, start with the status shown in the account; send documents only through an expressly provided secure upload.
Screenshots should not show complete card, identity-document or security information. Redact information that is not needed unless support asks for complete evidence through a secure upload.
Keeping support messages safe
Spinimax support does not need your password or one-time codes. Never send by email:
- a full password or recovery code;
- full card or wallet access details;
- an unsolicited unredacted identity-document copy;
- access to an email account or device.
If a message is unexpected, do not open an unfamiliar login domain. Instead, open the known website yourself, check the account status and start live chat again.
If a chat representative is unavailable
The contact page explains that chat directs visitors to email in that situation. Describe the matter fully once rather than sending many short messages. Keep ticket numbers and replies, especially for withdrawals, verification, self-exclusion or account closure.
For payment questions, read Payments first; for documents, see KYC Verification; and for common issues, consult the FAQ.
